All requests are handled by our Grievance Officer. We respond within 30 days as required by DPDP § 13(3).

Privacy notice

Data collected: Name, email, phone (optional), and the details of your request.

Purpose: To verify your identity and respond to your data rights request under the DPDP Act.

Retention: Your data will be retained for 90 days from submission, then securely deleted unless a professional engagement is established.

Your rights at a glance

DPDP Act, 2023

  • Access (§ 11): a summary of your data + who it has been shared with.
  • Correction & erasure (§ 12): fix what's wrong; delete what's no longer needed.
  • Grievance (§ 13): if we mishandle your data, tell us; we must respond within 30 days.
  • Nomination (§ 14): name someone to exercise your rights on your behalf in case of death or incapacity.
  • Withdraw consent (§ 6(4)): as easy as giving it. We stop processing on receipt.

Not satisfied with our response? You may lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Board of India (DPDP § 18).
